Born in Sri Lanka, she has dedicated her life to empowering women and families, both in her home country and in Germany, where she has resided since 2007.
With a background in law and a deep commitment to social justice, Subhashini leads the organization's efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive society.
We dedicate ourselves to providing the education, social acceptance, and social value that a woman, as well as a working woman, needs during her life journey to recognize her true worth and contribution to this universe.
As the founder of The Mother Association e.V., I am driven by a deep passion to see women recognized and empowered as the vital pillars of our society. Growing up in Sri Lanka, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and inequalities that women faced, and it became my life's mission to change that narrative.
Through The Mother Association, we strive to create a world where women are celebrated for their contributions, supported in their aspirations, and given the tools and resources to thrive. By uplifting women, we can strengthen the foundation of our communities and build a more just, equitable, and prosperous future for all.
